Bob and Kim were fantastic!! Super efficient mani-pedi that left me feeling like a queen! They did an amazing job on my nails and I’ll be sure to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous nails. Will come back here every time I get my nails done. They always do a perfect job and I always get complimented on my nails! They are the sweetest couple with good prices. B & K is the place to go.

I visited BNK Nails for a gel pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. My total came to $160. While the pedicure was well done, I was extremely disappointed with my acrylic nails. I spent nearly four hours at the salon, which felt excessive, especially considering the final result. At first, I didn’t realize just how poor the nails looked because I had been sitting there for so long. It wasn’t until I got home and my mom saw them that we realized how bad they were. She was so upset by the quality compared to what I paid that she started crying. For $160, I expected much better workmanship and attention to detail. I was unhappy with the shape, quality, and overall appearance of my acrylics. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with Bob for acrylic nails. I hope this feedback encourages the salon to improve its quality and ensure customers receive results that match the time and money they invest.

Bob and Kim were just wonderful! My friend and I booked an appointment and they took us right away. They were so friendly, funny, and such wonderful people to talk to. They were also super clean and everything was sanitized. They were also super nice and comforting when we were feeling ticklish during the pedicures. Some people can be very passive aggressive, but Bob and Kim were so understanding and thoughtful. We even ended up finding out that their son goes to the same school as us. We will DEFINITELY be back!
